Axl Rose threw the Eagles Of Death Metal off the Gn⿿R tour after one show, and EDOM⿿s head man, Jesse Hughes, has responded: Axl can ⿿go fuck himself.⿿
Eagles Of Death Metal had just come on the much awaited Guns n⿿ Roses tour after touring with Joan Jett. They were scheduled for 15 dates on the Gn⿿R tour, this was the first. Turns out that when EODM started playing, some Gn⿿R fans booed, but then as Hughes put it, ⿿The jeers only went on for a little bit. By the end of the set we⿿d won those fuckers over.⿿ Then later, when Axl hit the stage, he called the group ⿿The Pigeons Of Shit Metal,⿿ and threw them off the tour! Ha! Well obviously EODM was pissed. No word on whether Axl Rose is a publicity genius or just a total asshole. I⿿m sure ex-band mates and EODM would go with the latter.
