A court in the country of Norway summons the troubled singer.

If AMY WINEHOUSE wants to try nipping her marijuana charge in the bud, she'll have to appear in court in Norway, where she and husband BLAKE FIELDER-CIVIL were arrested Oct. 18 on suspicion of drug possession, The Associated Press reports.
The 'Rehab' singer, 24, has been summoned to an Oslo courthouse after appealing the $715 fine she paid to help spring herself from jail the day following her arrest.
Winehouse contends, according to the AP, that authorities did not make clear to her that paying the fine might be construed as an admission of guilt to the possession charge.
