Mischa Barton, who was arrested for DUI and pot possession last year, has been in Cannes, we thought to promote her new lesbian film, “You and I”.

However, according to reports, Barton bailed out on the premiere of her movie this past weekend AND pulled out of all promo work.

She originally said she was going home, but according to sources, Mischa thought the film was awful and didn’t want to be involved in promoting the project.

Mischa was reportedly guzzling champagne elsewhere in Cannes during the premiere.

Later on the New York Daily News spotted Mischa begging a bartender for two more shots of tequila during a Cannes party last week, so we guess that the alcohol education course she had to take after her DUI incident last December isn’t slowing her down much.  The newspaper also reported that Mischa wasn’t satisfied with just an alcohol buzz and was also seen smoking a joint.
