The NYTimes style section, especially Home & Garden, is a must-read for me every week. Some of you might remember an 80’s cult classic, Antonia’s Flowers. It was everything the 80’s wasn’t - simple, natural. This article details the life of the perfumer and two of her friends some 20 years on. I can’t wait to sample her new fragrance “Sogni di Mare” - with notes including rhubarb, blackberries and marine. It turns out that one can still purchase Antonia’s Flowers and three other fragrances at Ms. Bellanca’s website.
