In a sea of too-skinny actresses and stick-thin socialites, Eva Mendes stands out. Not only is she in fabulous shape (and not too thin or unhealthy looking), but she is obviously comfortable enough with her figure that she posed nude for a recent Jane Magazine cover.

It sounds like Eva has a generally healthy body image, although I personally can’t understand how people can indulge in junk food with any regularity and maintain a healthy figure. At any rate, Eva is a better body role model than many other celebrities that I can think of…
