Other celebrities like Brooke Shields, Jennifer Hudson and Christina Ricci are mentioned. Since my scanner is not working very well at the moment, I cannot scan in the entire article but instead will quickly summarize it for you all. Sandra Bullock originally gained about 20 pounds when she got married because she was in love. Trips to the freezer at 2am for ice-cream didn⿿t help matters. Being a super-busy mom is how Brooke Shields lost her baby weight. She claims to be on the ⿿3 year old diet⿿, which consists simply of running after her two small (hyper) children. Debra Messing has lost all of her baby weight. (The article does not specify how she did it). Jennifer Hudson lost 20 pounds by jogging and eating very sensibly. Christina Ricci, on the other hand, ate a very unhealthy diet of sugary foods and corn dogs in order to realistically portray her character in Black Snake Moan. (Ew). This article focuses mainly on health and weight loss, and how drastic, fast weight loss is dangerous to the body. They advise people to lose weight slowly (as the women mentioned above did), work out, drink lots of water and eat throughout the day to keep your metabolism up.
