Have you ever wondered how Michelle Pfeiffer keeps her slender shape? She indulges in donuts and other goodies every once in a while. The rest of the time, she just eats healthy, gets plenty of sleep and works out.
She said: “It’s simple. Eat well, exercise and get lots of sleep but make sure you indulge occasionally. At my age I think, what the hell, and eat a Krispy Kreme doughnut!”
She added: “My other thing is crunchy, salty food. I love chips, salsa and guacamole.”
It sounds like she has a normal, healthy relationship with food and weight. Good for her! If only it were that easy for everyone…
