I have a really good cold! I can’t remember the last time my sinuses were so clogged that when I tried to swallow, I created a vacuum in my head. Since I am nursing my son, I can’t take a whole lot of medicine that is actually helpful. But I ran across my grandmother’s remedy for sinus congestion … Vick’s Vapor Rub. Man, it opened my sinuses right up for at least 5 minutes. Well, at least so far I am still open.
