TV Review: The Apprentice, BBC One, Wednesday 14 May, 9pm

After last Wednesday's KosherGate, it was, unfortunately, likely that the episode this week's episode would be rather less spectacular. And so it turned out - in fact, this was the dullest edition of The Apprentice that I can recall. Nevertheless, The Apprentice at its least entertaining still puts it way ahead of most other shows - it really is top quality stuff week after week, although one might argue it has become a tad formulaic this series.

Dexter series two to debut on FX in July

Yep, we're all still reeling at Dexter's series one finale. Mof loved it, and it's inevitable that people are, like Dexter himself, want more right now. We've got a month or so to wait though, because FX has announced that series two will air for the first time in the UK on 6 July. I did fear that when ITV started to broadcast the first series, that it would do a Heroes and nick it from a multichannel channel. Anyway, FX still has first dibs on it, so look out for it. In the meantime, here are the first several minutes of the second series.
