Gimme the Greenlight: Bravo Adds Three New Reality Series to Its Lineup

By  July 15, 2014

Find out what happens when Bravo stops being polite, and starts getting real… -er. After announcing 17 new reality series and 18 returning shows just last year, the NBCUniversal cabler is greenlighting three more unscripted series.

Andy Cohen’s network of choice will give audiences an inside look at L.A.’s luxurious Mommy and Me classes with There Goes the Motherhood, invite them to join a “tight-knit rich group of friends and rivals” with Secrets and Wives, and cater to San Francisco’s poshest homeowners with an edition of Million Dollar Listing there. The trio joins Bravo’s other upcoming reality series including Real Housewives of New Jersey spinoff Manzo’d With Children, and its stable of other reality programming like The Millionaire MatchmakerTop ChefMarried to Medicine, and Vanderpump Rules.

For fans who are burnt out on Bravo’s “real world,” December 2 will mark a new day at the network. It will debut its first original, scripted series, Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce. The drama, based on the book series from Vicki Iovine, will star Lisa Edelstein, Janeane Garofalo, and Beau Garrett as friends navigating the single life after falling out of love in Los Angeles.

We’re game for giving the latter a try, considering Orange is the New Black’s Laverne Cox is slated for a guest appearance. Plus, we don’t know how many aspiring Kenya Moores we can take.
