Coachella Cocktails

Headed to Coachella this year? If so, you may be among the lucky VIPS who have a chance to sip on some of the festival’s hautest cocktails. But even if you’re not headed for Palm Springs, you can still experience a bit of the scene. Pump up the volume on your iPod and mix up some of these libations, which will be served in the 2011 Belvedere Music Lounge:

Belve Lemonade

Belvedere UF80 ­ 1.5oz
3 oz Lemonade (Simply Lemonade brand)
1oz Apple Juice
(Garnished with a Lemon wedge)

Build in an ice filled 10 oz. highball glass

Grapefruit Rocks!

Belvedere Pink Grapefruit – 2 oz
Fill with Tonic Water (premium tonic)
(Garnished with a Grapefruit wedge)

Build in an ice filled 10 oz. highball glass

Belvedere Bloody Mary

Belvedere Bloody Mary  – 1.5 oz
1 oz splash tomato juice
0.5 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
(Garnish with Celery)
