Colbie Caillat is embracing beauty on the inside with her new lyric video for “Try.”

The songstress partnered with Raw Beauty Talk, an organization dedicated to fostering confidence and self acceptance in women, for the launch of her new song.  According to the artist, “Try” is “an anthem for women to accept who they are and be comfortable showing it.”  The clip itself features snaps of celebs like Sheryl Crow, Miranda Lambert, Kathie Lee, Hoda Kotb, Sara Bareilles, well as Caillet’s fans and everyday people showing off their fresh faces.

“Raw Beauty Talks is proud to support Colbie in the release of a song that delivers such a powerful message,” said Erin Treloar, founder of Raw Beauty Talks. “What if small lashes, wrinkled skin, sun spots and laugh lines became the mark of beauty? What if we were happier with our physical appearance? Would that translate into our overall happiness?”

It seems Instagrammers have already gotten the jump on the idea, as #nomakeup has becoming one of the fastest growing hashtags (after #selfie, of course) with over 11 million posts and counting. We admit we love to get all dolled up when we can, but it’s essential to appreciate what’s underneath.
