Customize Your New Balance Kicks

Kick your sneakers up a notch by making them uniquely yours. New Balance is getting in on the customization trend with the launch of the US574, which is the brand’s first custom athletic shoe. Each sneaker component can be selected in a variety of colors; the upper leather and back tab are offered in eight colors and are individually cut, while the brand’s signature top “N” and shoelaces are available in nine colors, including navy, red, pink, gray, black, and white. The US574 can be personalized with up to eight characters per shoe. Plus you won’t have to wait long to see how your design choices turned out; each pair will ship out within 4-8 business days of ordering. The microsite will launch on Tuesday, April 5th at shopnewbalance.com. But in the meantime, here is a peek inside New Balance’s Norridgewock, Maine manufacturing facility, where each pair will be created:
