Desserts You Know And Love, Remixed

By  June 19, 2013

I love taking traditional desserts and giving them a unique spin. Here are three familiar recipes transformed into something new!

Dessert-Remix-1

Salted Caramel Pretzel CupcakesI absolutely love the combination of sweet and salty in these cupcakes (plus a little crunchiness thrown in there)!   These amazing treats are topped with salted caramel frosting and crunchy pretzels, then they are topped with a drizzle of extra salted caramel. Yum!

Dessert-Remix-2

Cinnamon Roll CupcakesCupcakes for breakfast?  Maybe with these Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes. A cinnamon brown sugar cupcake with cream cheese frosting make them so tasty!  I love how they’re perfect for breakfast, parties, or dessert!

Dessert-Remix-3

Carrot Cake Sandwich CookiesI thought these sandwich cookies were such a great twist on traditional carrot cake!  The cookies are made with moist carrot cake and filled with brown sugar frosting.  What a great cookie to serve at parties or even in a lunch box!
