We were mesmerized when we first got a look at CoverGirl’s Hunger Games: Catching Fire campaign, and the Panem Press is back with the latest look: Livestock!

The Capitol’s makeup artist Dotti created another avant-garde look for the rustic representation of District 10 using earthy tones from the brand’s Flamed Out Collection and had a blast creating the look. “The eye was an adventure,” she  admitted, ”[It’s] easy, breezy, livestock.”

To nab the artistic look, Dotti first evened the skin with the TruBlend Foundation and Pressed Powder before drew the feathery shapes with the Ink It! Liner in “Cocoa Ink,” following the line of the brow bone.  She then used the Eye Enhancers 4-Kit Shadow in “Coffee Shop” to create a depth in interior and front of the lid, graduating from white and cream to gold to bronze to brown using the Flamed Out Shadow Pencil in “Ginger Flame,” “Melted Caramel,” and “Hot Pink Flame.” For added dimension and intensity, she wet the Flamed Out Shadow Pot in “Scorching Cocoa” with a damp brush. She reached for the Blast Flipstick in “Tease” added a pop of color to the corner of the eye while the used the same lippie in “Intense” for the crease and brows. She finished the eyes with a couple of coats of the Capitol Collection Flamed Up Mega Curl Mascara in “Very Black Blaze.”

She added a slight flush to the cheek with the Cheekers Blush in “Peaches.” To create the nude pout, she layered the Jumbo Gloss Balm in “Toffee Twist,” the Lip Perfection Lipstick in “Temptation,” topping it with the Capitol Collection Smoochies Sizzle Gloss in “Date Night.” And to keep the look consistent from tip to toe, she applied two easy coats of the Outlast Stay Brilliant Nail Gloss in “Toasted Almond.”

With Halloween around the corner, we wouldn’t be surprised if an ambitious makeup maven or two attempts this look in lieu of a classic costume!
