Happy thoughts are doing more than just giving you the ability to fly (with added dose of pixie dust) thanks to Jonathan Adler. The home décor extraordinaire is partnering with bareMinerals for a limited edition set called Happiness by Design. The set includes an oversized version of the beauty brand’s Original Foundation Broad Spectrum SPF15 and a Handy Buki Brush housed in a keepsake box featuring the signature chevron pattern in pink from the design guru. The pack’s oversized foundation allows beauty buffs to spoil themselves by applying the foundation to not only their faces, but their neck as well.
According to Women’s Wear Daily, bareMinerals founder, Leslie Blodgett, believes Adler’s print prints have mood enhancing effects. “[It’s] intended to evoke the promise that both brands distinctly and consistently make to their customers: that every single product we create should make your life better, easier, cooler, way more interesting, way more entertaining…or in one word, happier,” she told the publication.
Adler knew he had to sign on when he found many at Blodgett’s company were already big fans of his work. “I’m a guy so I don’t wear makeup, but when I got the call from bareMinerals I heard an ear-piercing squeal from all the girls in the office – they are all such fans and devotees of the brand,” said Adler. “I love the marriage of their amazing products with my favorite patterns and colors.” It has certainly put a smile on our face!
Available In February at select retailers for $60.
