In this week’s T.J.Maxx challenge, our Glam bloggers went spring style scouting for the perfect printed pieces. From delicate blossom blouses to boldly flowered frocks, floral finds were most popular, though watercolor-inspired designs, colorful stripes, and delicate dots were also featured. Every ensemble boasted a designer printed piece found at T.J.Maxx for significantly less than the department store price, but that seemed to be the only common factor; no two looks proved the same. Check out some of the one-of-a-kind styles below!
1. Jessica of My Style Vita picked up what might be the perfect spring pencil skirt—the watercolor-esque pattern is sexy and fun for a night out, but when paired with the right top and accessories, it can easily be a chic office outfit. We love how she paired her florals with stripes—print mixing at its finest!
2. Christina’s pretty patterned piece might look like a skirt, but this printed wonder is actually a dress! The blogger behind Oh So Glam writes that she loves throwing a chambray top over an A-line dress—it’s the ideal way to create a casual-chic look. Instead of opting for neutral accessories, Christina decided to get into the spring of things and add a sherbet clutch. The result? An oh-so-spring look!
3. Do you rock prints at work? Marion does! The Marion Berry Style blogger hit a home run when she paired a classic button-up with a bold, bright snakeskin pencil skirt. She really hit it out of the park with those pastel pumps and a matching clutch—we’re completely inspired by this color palette!
4. It’s all about the details! Between the flawless fit, the unique sleeves, and the beautiful pattern, Erica of Style Minx knew she found a winner when she picked up this frock at T.J.Maxx. Erica’s dress proves that floral prints can still be edgy—especially when paired with a pair of sexy lace-up pumps. Erica writes that from dinner parties to weddings, this will be a staple in her closet for seasons to come.
