Intermix Gets Friendly with Frends

By  May 28, 2013

The fashion and music world have always been fast friends, but the industries especially collided with the introduction of the rose gold Frends headphones. Given the ubiquitous accessory on fashion bloggers around the world, we completely understand why trendy retailer Intermix would want to get in on the action.

To celebrate its 20th anniversary,  Intermix will release the new collaboration between Frends and Andrea Lieberman of A.L.C, simply called A.L.C x Frends for Intermix. The headphones will make their grand debut at the Robertson Boulevard store in L.A during the store’s anniversary party.

A.L.C and Frends created two exclusive styles for the Intermix, further illustrating why these headphones are the ultimate accessory for both fashion and music lovers.  The new additions are: the Layla, a white quilted lamb leather pair, retailing for $225 and the Taylor, a black quilted lamb leather pair that retail for $275.

“By aligning Frends with A.L.C, we created an unexpected product to celebrate our anniversary, rich with Intermix DNA,” said Khajak Keledigan, CCO and co-founder of Intermix. “That’s what sets us apart. By pairing Andrea Lieberman with Frends reflects our philosophy of mixing emerging and established talent, and making it exclusive.”

And, we’re all about the exclusive. Now, what about your frends?
