Karl Lagerfeld is once again taking his luxe aesthetic to the masses. After giving shoppers a taste of the Lagerfeld life with his 2004 H&M collaboration, Lagerfeld is now launching a collection with Macy’s Impulse department this fall. The highly anticipated line is set to launch at over 200 Macy’s stores nationwide and online at Macys.com. The collection blends Lagerfeld’s rock ‘n’ roll Parisian edge with Impulse’s contemporary style in the form of light tops and tees, structured dresses, modern tweeds and even leggings all at an affordable price. “To me Macy’s is the perfect department store in the U.S. where everybody can find what they’re looking for without ruining their budget,” he said. “ That’s why I’m happy to make this limited collection just for Macy’s.”
The Karl Lagerfeld for Impulse line will retail for $50-$170 when it hits stores on August 31st. And if history is any indication, we expect this line to sell out within hours.
