Lucy Hale Rocks OPI Black Shatter

We’re well aware that shattered-crackled-splattered nails are all the rage on the sidewalk, but we haven’t seen many celebs sporting the trendy look on the red carpet… Perhaps Lucy Hale is set to lead a nail revolution?

The Pretty Little Liars star recently turned up at a Nylon event in LA with her mint green nails covered in a black crackle effect. (Love that she fused last summer’s top nail color with this summer’s biggest nail trend!)
