Matte Lip Musts

Glisten, gloss and goop be gone-the matte lip is back. Shineless reds and lusterless neutrals were all over the runway for Spring 2013, but the look is totally appropriate to rock a couple seasons early. Cold weather chapping, however, may put a damper on things, so knowing how to properly exfoliate lips before painting on color is key.
