#NYFW Max Azria Fall 2011

For Fall 2011, Max Azria was inspired by menswear. “I love to put the woman in the clothing of a man,” he said. Classic masculine fabrics like tweed and wool provide the perfect contrast to delicate silk georgette and crepe de chine. Bright orange and teal added a touch of color to a palette dominated by earthy browns, grays and neutral tones. An ash brown dobby coatdress and olive felt hooded cape made for a unique take on streetwear. Cool and confident, the Max Azria girl is working it and the look is working for her!
