Elle magazine’s creative director Joe Zee will once again make his small screen debut. This time, instead of helping others re-build their clothing lines like he did on the Sundance channel with All on the Line, or spreading luxury wisdom on his four-part series, Revealing, Zee will bring style to the masses courtesy his new clothing line sold on QVC!
“I’m hoping this collection can help women connect the dots and infuse cover girl glamour into their everyday looks,” Zee told Women’s Wear Daily. “So many women love runway fashions, but they need a way to wear them that feels real.”
Enter the TV personality’s new line, designed almost entirely by him, save for a lace dress from Edge by Jen Rade, a chiffon gown by Nicole Richie collection, a satin peplum vest by Logo by Lori Goldstein and a half-carat diamond ceramic watch by Isaac Mizrahi Live. The collection will make it’s on camera debut on February 28th, during QVC’s Red Carpet Style—Live from L.A. show and is expected to be priced from $95 to $198.
The rest of the spring collection will be available in March, priced from $43 to $89.
“[Zee] is a natural on camera,” Doug Howe, QVC’s executive vice president and chief merchandising officer at QVC told WWD. “So much of the brand’s success depends of the designers and their point of view. We’re impressed with Joe’s passion and credibility.
So are we! And, we can’t wait to see the collection for ourselves!
