With the second installment of The 20/20 Experience coming soon, there’s no slowing down Mr. “Suit and Tie.” Fresh off the finale of Yahoo’s Wireless Festival in London, (where he Jay-Z performed a nearly three-hour set that doubled as the kick off to Legends of the Summer), Justin Timberlake has been announced as the headliner for the 2013 iHeartRadio Music Festival in Las Vegas.
From September 20-21, he’ll share the stage with award-winning performers like Katy Perry, Elton John, Bruno Mars, and Keith Urban at the year’s most-celebrated event in radio. While the 20-act lineup is enough to lure crowds to the Vegas spectacular, for the first time ever, there will be an adjacent Fan Village where Miley Cyrus, Avril Lavigne, and Jason Derulo will perform for ticket holders and those who can’t afford entry to the main stage. That makes for 26 confirmed sets with surprise guests and performances that rival this year’s Made in America Festival (yes, even while boasting Beyoncé).
So consider this fair warning to collect your coins and head west. In the meantime, relive the festival roster’s greatest hits before they liven up center stage.
