Nordstrom Is America’s Favorite Fashion Retailer

According to a Market Force Study released in early March, Nordstrom comes in at number one among the nation’s favorite fashion retail chains. Kohl’s followed behind and Macy’s came in in third place. As stated in the  Market Force’s press release, “The study of more than 4,000 consumers was designed to uncover which fashion retail chains they like most, as well as why they prefer one to another. It also ranked the top retailers in five different fashion sub-categories, where Nordstrom emerged as the favorite for business wear and evening wear.” It’s little surprise that the upscale department store did so well. With a solid reputation for quality clothing, a wide arrange of items, from beauty to home-goods and a hassle free return policy Nordstrom keeps customers returning time and time again. Old and new customers, too, continue to be delighted with new designer additions, most recently the incorporation of Topshop, Mural, MinkPink, Tildon and ASTR into the Savvy section.
