#NYFW Mackage Fall 2011

An evening time slot was perfect for the Mackage show as the latest collection included a bevy of flirty dresses and body-con separates that encouraged you to paint the town red. Long, lean silhouettes created a sharp, clean look and even the heavy outerwear was sleek and figure-flattering—never overly bulky. Designing duo Elisa Dahan and Eran Elfassy did not omit their signature Mackage feature: leather detailing. Although, the real leather standouts were not only the motorcycle jackets, but also the black leather evening shorts. Like the shorts, the skirts were short and tight, and embellished, sequined shoulders upped the pizzazz factor.
