#NYFW Pamella Roland Fall 2011

Having lived in Asia, Pamella Roland was influenced by the Far East when designing her Fall 2011 collection. Traditional Eastern elements like long, crimson coats adorned with painted flowers, provided extra drama and grandeur. A long, deep plum column dress sailed down the runway, and festive details like feathers, tulle and lace kept things playful. Jacquard and jewel tones had us dreaming of exotic travels to faraway places. Roland didn’t forget the red-carpet numbers; a series of final gowns, including a silver sequined number, looked ready for celebrities during awards season.
