In “Oh So Glam”, we’ll be asking our favorite bloggers and tastemakers to describe what glam means to them. In a nutshell, what is the essence of glamour?

Fave Designer: I have and always will be a J.Crew girl. The preppy-chic style mixed with Jenna Lyons‘ ability to make that somehow edgy at the same time creates a line that wows me season after season. Their Schoolboy Blazer is the most worn article of clothing in my closet and I’m currently loving embellished cashmere and printed pants(preferably worn together!). In my mind, J.Crew can do no wrong.
How do you define glamorous, and to you, what is the essence of glamour?
Glamorous, to me, describes a woman who shines on the inside and out. She is a confident, kind, intelligent, and graceful woman who dresses in timeless pieces in sleek lines and luxurious fabrics. She always looks put together without looking like she tried too hard. The essence of glamour is a red lip, glowing skin, classic silhouettes, and a serious heel!
