Opening Ceremony is literally taking New York Fashion Week by the water with a series of pop-up shops collectively known as Opening Ceremony BTW (by the water).

Taking place at Pier 57 on Hudson River Park, Opening Ceremony BTW will offer pop-ups housed in shipping containers with vendors like DNKY Exclusively for Opening Ceremony, Rihanna for River Island, Asia Dog, Cafè Habana, Spur Tree, and the Dominique Ansel Bakery, Women’s Wear Daily. Estee Lauder will be on hand with a pop-up salon with nail artist, Naomi Yasuda.

“In light of the way we always tackle events we decided that we wanted to activate [the fashion show] space for the entire week of fashion week,” Carol Lim, Opening Ceremony’s cofounder told WWD. “It’s our version of giving guests the experience not only the only the day of the show.”

We’ll meet you down by the waterside, Opening Ceremony!
