THE DEETS: Crumbs is not just for dessert anymore! Foodies with a sweet tooth were in for a surprise at last night’s tasting. While most expected a brand new cupcake flavor, David Burke served up platter of succulent sandwiches and salads to expand Crumbs Bake Shop offerings. Guests sipped cocktails and noshed on the new lunch menu that will hit select shops in Manhattan and the NYC metropolitan area this month while Burke shared some of the secrets that went into crafting the Chicken, Pig & Cow wrap, the Angry Roast Beef and his Pastrami Salmon sandwiches. Those attending didn’t leave with their cupcake craving unsatisfied as the delectable delights were served to cap off the evening.
