Well, I must say this, after hearing this, I know one thing; both sides are hiding something. Firstly, I do feel like Remy accused Barnes of stealing from her and tug of war ensued. However, I do feel it wasn't as simple as Remy shot her. But, I do believe that she didn't steal the money that is in question; which Remy identifies as $4800, in contrast to the $3000 as previously reported. When Remy speaks she is a bit ambiguous. Although she does claim her innocence, she continues saying, 'She knows what happened.' and 'That's not all that happened.' And always makes you feel like she is so tight about losing her son, that she didn't want jail; but maybe she did shoot her. She did add a convincing fact though. She said she was offered 3 years and went to trial to face 5-25 years instead, because she knew she was innocent. She also references the way the bullets hit the victim and it seemed inconclusive.

Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon took over Six Flags Magic Mountain on May 13th for 100 or their "closest" family and friends in Valencia, California.
