In this sneak peek of tonight’s episode we have McSteamy telling Callie that if she wants his body she’s going to have to want his mind, too. I laughed at her, “Eww.” Hahn arrives to share a “sapphic salad” with Callie and they tease Mark about a threesome.

It looks like Callie and McSteamy are still getting it on in the on-call room, and that the tension/awkwardness between Callie and Hahn has evolved into light teasing. I’m still unsure where they’re going with the whole Callie/Hahn thing.

Also, the Chief lays down the law. Sort of. Kind of. Well he tries, bless him.

According to E! Online, “Grey’s Anatomy has got a big idea for next year that Shonda’s getting ready to launch on people.”

I feel that has to be the most cryptic statement yet with regards to the future of Grey’s Anatomy, but I suppose something is something. It’s probably hard to speculate what the something ‘big’ might be, considering that most of us are still stuck trying to figure out who’s going to be locking lips in the final episode of the season.

But let’s set our gazes to the far, far future and try to imagine what Shonda might have in store for season five. Another near-death experience? Alien spaceships? A ……. wedding?

The possibilities are endless and if Shonda really is ready to “launch” the idea on people then hopefully we won’t have to wait until season five to find out what’s coming.

I’m amazingly not surprised to hear this bit of news. When I saw Isaiah Washington’s picture on last week’s episode I thought, “Hmm, I wonder how Mr. Washington feels about that?” Well, it looks like he’s rather upset about it. Indeed, the former Grey’s Anatomy actor has filed a complaint against ABC for the use of his image.

The actor has stated that the network has “no right” to use his image without permission. His attorney, Peter Nelson, has written both to ABC and SAG (Screen Actors Guild) over the matter, citing, “They have the rights of the character to advance the story, but not the image.”

A financial settlement is expected.

What do you think about this? Do you think he’s right to file a complaint over this matter or do you think he should get over it and move on? I think this is one of those grey areas (no pun intended!) in which either side can probably build a good argument. However, ABC will probably settle just to get the matter resolved with as quickly as possible.

Shonda Rhimes has promised us a major kiss in the season finale, which of course begs the question: who will it be? You can go here to read some spoilers on the subject and join the speculation. Ausiello’s got several very interesting scoops on the next couple of episodes of Grey’s Anatomy. Regarding the major kiss that Shonda Rhimes referred to in an interview as one that would make you “lean into your televisions,” Ausiello seemed to agree that it would do just that. Though he doesn’t say who will be doing the kissing, he does mention that there will be several “significant” kisses throughout the episode, but only one “major” one.

He also hinted at some Alex and Izzie action, though details were decidedly vague on that front.

And it looks like Callie and Hahn might be crossing that ever-so-fuzzy friendship line in tomorrow’s episode. The term “smack lips” was used. Take that as you will.

All of this leaves us with the burning question: who will have that major kiss in the final episode? The obvious answer (for me, anyway) is Meredith and McDreamy. They’ve been stringing us along so long that if it isn’t them … well … the world as we know it might collapse around itself. So for the sake of the world, that’s who I’m betting on.

Next question: Who else will be locking lips in that final episode? George and Lexie? Alex and Izzie? Callie and Hahn? Speculation is so much fun. So, let’s hear your thoughts on all of these likely (or unlikely?) pairings.
