Rachel Bilson Launches ShoeMint!

BeachMint is on a roll! Fresh off of the successful heels of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen’s StyleMint, Kate Bosworth’s JewelMint, and Jessica Simpson’s BeautyMint, Rachel Bilson is now joining in on the e-commerce shopping club fun, as the 30-year-old Hart of Dixie starlet has teamed up with her stylist Nicole Chavez and top cobbler Steve Madden to design ShoeMint, a limited edition collection of stylish shoes (that will replenish every four weeks).

“As a designer, I’m always exploring new mediums and footwear is a category I’ve always been very passionate about,” says Bilson about her high fashion but very wearable looks. “More and more people are shopping for shoes online, and with BeachMint I have the opportunity to design not just the shoes, but the full experience for our customers, which feels more personal and rewarding for me,” Bilson adds. “I can’t wait to wear all of the shoes!”

ShoeMint debuts on Thanksgiving Day with three preview pairs from their Winter/Holiday 2011 collection: The Jolly, a lace-up wedge; The Edith, a platform Mary-Jane stiletto; and The Pauline, a sky-high suede wedge—the latter two we plan to purchase, as each pair only rings up for a mere $80!
