Represent the Realm With A Game of Thrones Trinket

game of thrones pyrrha.jpgAs April 6th draws near, we’re falling full force into the Game of Thrones state of mind, predicting the dooms of disposable characters (meaning all of them, as we quickly figured out after the death of Ned Stark), rethinking realm alliances, and of course, dreaming about the return of our beautiful brooding Crow, Jon Snow. And yes, we did indeed freak out over the most recent Seven Kingdom themed cover of Vanity Fair shot by the talented Annie Leibovitz.

It’s only fitting to take preparation a step further with the proper attire. No, we don’t mean wearing a Cersei style castle gown to work, but rather, show your allegiance with something more subtle and stylish. Pyrrha jewelry, known for their handcrafted talisman necklaces that have been worn by celebrities like Jennifer Lawrence,  Josh Hutcherson, Taylor Swift, Katie Holmes, and Jeremy Renner to name a few, is set to release their official Game of Thrones collection next month. The line features unisex talisman necklaces and rings handcrafted from sterling silver and bronze, each with Pyrrha’s unique interpretation of the sigils of the key houses in Westeros – Targaryen, Stark, Baratheon, Tyrell, Lannister and Greyjoy. Made in the Pyrrha tradition, each piece will offer a rustic look that celebrates the organic cracks in the antique wax seals used to craft the jewelry.

“We were thrilled when HBO approached us to create an official Game of Thrones jewelry line,” said Pyrrha designer Wade Papin.” While designing the pieces, we felt it was important to embrace the spirit of this groundbreaking series while still retaining the signature Pyrrha style.”

Adds Jeff Peters, Manager of Global Licensing for HBO, “The historically inspired aesthetic of Pyrrha’s work made them a perfect match for a Game of Thrones jewelry line. Fans of the show will be very excited to represent their favorite noble houses with these expertly crafted pieces.”

The range will be available at the HBO ShopPyrrha online, and select Pyrrha retailers starting April 4th. Prices range from $98 – $900.

Oh, and P.S. Long live the King of the North!
