Aviva Drescher is a good soul. On Tuesday afternoon, The Real Housewives of New York star hosted a charity spin class at SoulCycle to benefit The Blue Card, an organization dedicated to providing direct financial assistance to Holocaust survivors in need. Drescher rode front and center at the Upper East Side studio as top instructors Stacey Griffith and Michael Vara co-led an inspiring class.
“The Holocaust was such a horrific tragedy that when I heard there were still Holocaust survivors still living and in dire need I wanted to jump right in,” said Drescher, who was moved by the experience. “There’s an energy and a collective humanity that comes out during a spin class where everyone is riding and dancing together, and there is a unity that comes through where you feel one another’ s soul.”
