Well, what to do we have here—another big name collaboration, it seems.

Days after Alexander Wang pulled a Beyoncè, announcing at Midnight, Sunday morning, that his collaboration with H&M is launching on November 6th, Roland Mouret is set to design a 25-piece collection for Banana Republic!

The collection of skirts, tops, pants, and dresses will launch in August, but don’t think this will be like anything you’ve ever seen before from the designer. “It’s not a copy of my clothes in a less expensive [version], but the experience of a fitted dress for the Banana Republic customer,” he told British Vogue.

It’s a double-win for Banana Republic: “Roland is famous for his dresses and we have a very successful dress business,” Melloney Birkett, vice president of women’s design at Banana Republic told Women’s Wear Daily.

Mouret’s collection for the higher end Gap Inc. brand follows a successful collaboration with L’Wren Scott.
