Serial Snooze Artist, Vol. 2: Basic White Blouse

By  July 08, 2013

You probably don’t need me to tell you that a white blouse is an essential closet staple. But if this pretty little basic is being used solely for work-wear, I’m here to stage a style intervention.

It’s easy to overlook a basic white blouse among all of the other amazing items in your wardrobe, but this piece (sleeveless, in my case — perfect for summer) has some serious potential for outfit versatility. I like to think it’s the closet equivalent to avocado — it makes just about anything a little bit better.

I wear mine with practically everything — floral shorts, pencil skirts, at work, on the weekends, and so on. That’s why it’s this month’s Serial Snooze Artist MVTS (Most Valuable Time Saver).
