St. Patrick’s Day is almost here and whether you’re heading to the parades or a few parties, there’s more ways to imbibe Irish pride than green beer. If you’re hosting a St. Patty’s Day shindig, add one of these luscious libations to the cocktail list and get the party started!
Muddle the cucumber chunks and the basil in the cocktail shaker and add the liquid ingredients over ice. Shake until chilled and pour into a Highball rocks glass or coupe and garnish with a cucumber slice.
Cruzan Pot of Gold
Pour all ingredients in a cocktail over ice. Shake until chilled and strain into a cinnamon and sugar-rimmed martini glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
Crave Mint Shamrock
1 oz. JDK&Sons Crave Chocolate Mint Liqueur
1 oz. Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
Combine the ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir. Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.
Kiss Me I’m Irish
Muddle the grapefruit with the elderflower cordial in a cocktail shaker. Add crushed ice and churn with the vodka and pour into a glass. Re-top with crushed ice and garnish with a slice of pink grapefruit.
Muddle the min leaves in a cocktail shaker and add the rest of the ingredients over ice. Shake until well blended and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon. Don’t mind the bit of mint that are meant for be lucky burst of flavor.
UV Irish Joe
2 oz. UV Espresso
1 pint Stout Beer
Serve the vodka and stout beer in a pint glass.
Muddle the jalapeño pepper with the agave syrup, and lime juice. Smack the cilantro in your hand before adding it to the shaker to bring out the flavor; don’t muddle the cilantro. Add the tequila and ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a red pepper slice.
