When it comes to hairstyles, most would prefer to play it safe. But where’s the fun in that? Fashion’s finest take their models’ manes to the max by creating cool coiffed looks for A/W11 Fashion Week. Why? Because on the catwalk, the quirkier, the better.
With a bouffant piled that high, it’s a wonder this model’s neck isn’t under severe strain.
Never thought we’d say this, but a glitzy bejeweled headpiece just may make a way into our wardrobe.
When you’re dressed in a designer Posh Spice frock, a head full of hair would only serve as an unnecessary distraction. Perhaps that’s why she sent her models down the catwalk wearing belted stocking caps.
This sexy messy bun is the ponytail equivalent of a Mohawk—business in the front and party in the back.
Slightly sculpted in the front and tightly twisted and rolled around into an intricate ponytail-bun hybrid. This look really stands out.
Seriously, have you ever seen a bun that massive? It looks just like amusement-park cotton candy. We’ll call this look coiffed confections.
As if the lace veil weren’t opulent enough, each model had a 24K gold leaf painted onto the back of her hair. Talk about luxe locks!
