We know “red hot” as an adjective is pretty played out, but that's the first thing that comes to mind with Selita Ebanks in this Gabriela Cadena creation. The Victoria's Secret alum opted for this body-hugging gown during the Salzburg Opera Festival in Austria, and gave us total closet envy with its exposed back.
Design duo Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana may be facing an uncertain future, but what is for sure is that their designs still dazzle. Case in point: Sienna Miller. The It girl wore a floral frock from their eponymous line with strappy Charlotte Olympia heels to celebrate this week's BMW i3 Party in London.
In our eyes, there are very few people who can steal the spotlight from Brad Pitt; his lady love Angelina Jolie is one of them. She showed up in all-black-everything to support her beau during the “World War Z” premiere in Tokyo wearing Saint Laurent, just like she did earlier this summer in London. Could a Jolie-Hedi Slimane collab be coming on?
What would the face of Givenchy wear to screen her new film? Givenchy of course! Amanda Seyfried wore a pleated dress from the label's Resort 2014 to fête The Cinema Society's screening of the “very irresistible” Lovelace. See what we did there? Of course, she rocked her signature red lips and glamorous retro curls.
If there's anyone who can wear a see-through rubber skirt, it's Rita Ora. The newly-minted DKNY girl, who followed in BFF Cara Delevingne's footsteps to front the brand, did just that last night in NYC. Coincidentally, Delevingne modeled the skirt on Burberry Prorsum's Fall 2013 runway.
We were pleasantly surprised when Shailene Woodley got dolled up for the L.A. screening of The Spectacular Now. The herbalism heroine pulled a look from Proenza Schouler's Resort 2014 range, and even put on a little makeup for the occasion—something she told Interview magazine she seldom does.
Her portrayal as a high brow woman who loses it all in Woody Allen's Blue Jasmine is winning critics over; and so is this red carpet creation. Cate Blanchett wore a minimalistic Alexander McQueen Resort 2014 to the film's Beverly Hills premiere, topped with a slick coif and ruby lips.
Cover girl Joan Smalls was also in attendance, keeping with the movie's racy backdrop in a Helmut Lang crop top and printed Altuzarra skirt from Spring 2013. Top it off with a Givenchy clutch, Tom Ford heels, and Smalls’ stellar physique, and you've got one sexy red carpet look.
You may not know Kilo Kish, but it's time to get familiar. The Florida native is making waves as music's next big thing with credits as a fashion designer, visual artist, and model. Here, she sports Michael Kors Pre-Fall 2013 with a DVF clutch and Eddie Borgo earrings to the New York screening of Elysium. She and Solange must be chic kindred spirits.
