"Luminosity."
Elie Tahari

"Future Bohemian."
Rachel Zoe

“The Spring 2015 collection celebrates the jet-set glamour of the 1960s, a time when women dressed up to travel. Building on the refined silhouettes of that period, the Rachel Zoe girl travels from St. Tropez, to Portofino and finally to Marrakech, infusing her style with finds along the way. Textured silks, cottons and tweeds in bold primary colors segue to delicate embroidery in saturated hues of piscine, palm green and orange.”
Mara Hoffman

Mara Hoffman’s Spring 2015 collection is inspired by light. Celebrated for her traditional brights and bold patterns, Hoffman takes an elevated step, introducing a softer color palette and plays in an easier, more tranquil space. The intention of the collection is to act as a subtle reminder to take a personal breath and to be in a place of lightness.
Rebecca Taylor

"Spring/Summer 2015 imagines the Rolling Stones traveling to India and the dreamy ideal an Indian pilgrimage conjures, with a bit of a rock & roll edge."
Nicole Miller

"My Spring 2015 collection is inspired by the vibrancy and decadence of Brazilian culture. Expect movement, prints, and brights!"
Rebecca Minkoff

"Rebecca Minkoff's Spring 2015 collection looks to iconic photographer Deborah Turbeville, who inimitably captured the '70s boho chic era in fashion. Combining the free-spirited mood of that time with the ethereal grace of Turbeville's subjects, the collection celebrates modern femininity."
L.A.M.B.

“L.A.M.B. Spring 2015 is a distinctive mash-up of soft pastels, warm blush tones and fierce black and white graphic patterns featured in our ‘New Nomad’ collection.” — Gwen Stefani
DANNIJO

“Part fact, part fiction. That's always where the best storytelling lies…Mongolian Roadtrip has a sort of Thelma and Louise meets Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance spirit. #dannijoroadtrip” -- Danielle Snyder and Jodie Snyder Morel
Lulu Frost

"For my SS15 collection, Flora Fauna, I was inspired by the naturalism of a vast desert landscape and the stark beauty that lies throughout. The collection highlights plant-life and creatures of the wilderness, such as winged scarab beetles and night-blooming cactus flowers. The SS15 line continues the Lulu Frost tradition of referencing the past while evolving into the future." - Lisa Salzer, Lulu Frost designer
Dennis Basso

"The collection represents the glamour of the 60's on the Italian and French Riviera."
Monique Lhuillier

"My Spring 2015 collection is inspired by the first few moments of sunrise, the instant right before the sun rises and paints the sky with luminous shades of pastels. This beauty of nature shaped my color palette and fabric selection for this season."
Nanette Lepore

"Dreamy California meets South of France savor-vivre."
Jay Godfrey

Electric West: Tea stained ivory lace, suede fringe, stretch denim, and embellished fabrics comprise Jay Godfrey’s Spring 2015 collection, which depicts an alluring take on western Americana.
Angel Sanchez

“With this collection I decided to find new ideas within the light… and found a new woman: fresh, young, relaxed... and, above all, full of life.”
Tadashi Shoji

“The wealth and artistry of Venice.”
Son Jung Wan

"My spring collection has many tangible dualities: rough-textured fabrics like hemp cross soft, sinuous silhouettes.”
Suno

Spring 2015 was inspired primarily by Louise Bourgeois and Georgia O’Keefe both their works and themselves as female modern artists working in America in the mid-1900s. Both women were stunning in their individuality and strength as well as their artistry – adding a femininity of color, texture and material to a predominantly male art world. Spring 2015 is very much about this femininity – what defines it and how we express it. We cinched waists, lengthened hemlines, and softened color palettes, still unexpected, but sweeter. The prints and colors are a tribute to the women and their works, the shapes and exploration in modern femininity.
Nicholas K

"Midnight express."
Yoana Baraschi

"African Sunsets and the bold mix of colors, the aesthetic of the African Continent."
Pamella Roland

"The fusion of Japanese design and landscape as seen in the gardens of Kyoto."
Trina Turk

“Trina Turk Spring 2015’s ‘Pop Art Flower Mart’ is inspired by the color explosion and high/low mix seen at the downtown LA Flower Mart.”
Wes Gordon

Spring 2015 is inspired by the colors, atmosphere, and freshness of morning light. The collection is a celebration of a minimalist femininity with a palette of soft blushes, celadons, and blues anchored by white, camel, and black. Structural crepes, delicate pleated chiffons, modern tweeds, laces, and salt-airbrushed denim combine to create a wardrobe for a woman with a strong, unwavering sense of self.
Costello Tagliapietra

Fever dreams, a blurry romance, nostalgic reflections of the ocean, slowed glimpses of a future and the fleeting memories from our past. In Paolo Reversi's photographs his women feel mysterious and powerful, yet delicate, cinematic and romantic; they feel nostalgic but through a modernist lens. We also looked to Patricia Arquette's character in Lost Highway; haunting, dreamlike and beautiful. The colors we used to capture this mood, deep blues, gray and olive open up into hockney-like blues and golds in clothes that touch and skim the body sensuously. Plaids we created from wood grains that are layered atop each other and a snapshot from a trip that we expanded in scale to an ombre effect.
Joie

“The soft pastels and epicurean brights set the tone of our Sunday afternoon” –Serge Azria, CEO and Creative Director
Kaelen

"The starting point was an image of a flower from Wilder Quarterly Magazine. I wanted the lines to follow the sloping, easy shape of the petals. The feeling is Minimal Tropical. Something at once bright and easy but grounded in something heady and intoxicating."
Dee Ocleppo

“I designed this line for a women who can have anything but wants something different. We keep going back to the term ‘versatile luxury’ – it is really a point of differentiation for us and for the consumer”
– Dee Hilfiger, Creative Director, Dee Ocleppo
Zimmermann

"For Spring I was inspired by astrological references - the tarot, birthstones and artwork by David Palladini. I wanted the collection to feel airy and to have lots of movement."
Zoë Jordan

The SS15 collection is a tribute to the grown up tomboy in her urban environment - with an energetic minimalism and International heritage this season the ZJ girl is influenced by a fresh take on northern European trends and tastes, an understanding for build and structure and raw un-touched textures… a travelled woman who is involved and interested in the city landscapes culturally, socially and professionally.
Josie Natori

"The seduction of a tropical island."
Noon by Noor

“Refine.”
Vivienne Tam

“Chinese decorative arts”
Zang Toi

“A Privileged Life; The American Dream.”
Perry Ellis

"The collection plays with the duality of sportswear fabrics in active silhouettes and performance fabrics in tailored silhouettes."- Michael Maccari, Creative Director
HELLESSY

For the HELLESSY SS15 collection I was inspired by the paintings of an emerging Brooklyn artist, Rachel Pontious. I envision the Hellessy woman as a downtown gallery owner—a creative woman who wants to exhpress both intelligence and seduction in her dressing without being overtly sexy.
Desigual

“Daisies in bloom, desert roses, tropical hibiscus and Mexican dahlias; flowers freshly cut from an imaginary garden.”
Katya Leonovich

"For my Spring/Summer 2015 collection I drew inspiration from a combination of high tech materials, 3D printing, Arizona landscape and Tim Burton movies."
Daniel Silverstain

“It’s a vintage carnival party in a minimalist space, back from the future. The collection reflects an era when optimism and innovation awakened societies, and presented fresh ideas of a new future.”
Ricardo Seco

"My collection DREAMS is a collaboration with the Warrarika, an indigenous community from Mexico, who are known for their beading. As they create each beaded piece they put their dreams into their work. With these pieces and the World Trade Center venue I made a collection for future dreams and the next generation that will live and work here. This collection and its venue are standing for the generation of future dreamers to come."
Georgine

"On a recent trip to Ko Samui this summer, I lived in my bikini on and off the beach and would throw classic trousers or a vintage caftan over it when we went out for dinner. This got me thinking of the fabulous jet set in the 70s, such as Marisa Berenson, Donna Jordan, Pat Cleveland, and Bianca Jagger, who would go to St. Tropez nightclubs in swimwear or even wear their bathing suits back in the city at Studio 54. I love that wild abandon mixed with nonchalance which I find so chic."- Georgine Ratelband, designer of GEORGINE
Haspel

Part retrospective, part reinvention, Haspel stretches the iconic seersucker suit beyond its lawn party past to offer a clean, modern vision of the summer uniform.
FRAME

"LIGHT"
Palter DeLiso

“Graphic scaled-up bows, feminine cut-outs, perforations and a dazzle of confetti dots in a carnival of colors.”
Stella Nolasco

"The Mother, The Dauther, and The Holly Spirit."
Karolyn Pho

"Ward Robert's photographs of urban developments really inspire how pastels and linear shapes coexist."
