Just in time for summer, we’re recapping the hottest swimsuit styles that came down the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Miami runway for the 2014 season. From barely there bikinis to one-piece wonders, here are five trends to try.

High-waisted bottoms

Paired with a bandeau or triangle top, the high-waisted bottom gives your look a vintage vibe.

Cutout one-pieces

Lounging poolside in a one-piece has never looked so luxe. These stylish swimsuits show skin in surprising ways, with deep-V’s and side slashes.

Bustier bikinis

Underwire cups that add a bit of lift are both stylish and comfortable. We love the pinup aesthetic it lends your swim style.

Sport-inspired

Neoprene fabrics, racer-back tops, and wetsuit-inspired silhouettes showed up multiple times on the swimsuit catwalk. No surprise there, as sporty-chic made its mark on the fashion runway this season as well.

Little string things

We don’t see the classic itty-bitty bikini going anywhere any time soon. String sides and a triangle top—what’s not to love?
