As expected, advanced ticket sales for the second installment of The Hunger Games are on fire—pun totally intended. Pre-sale seats for Katniss Everdeen’s return in Catching Fire made up 23% of all movie tickets bought in the last 24 hours, beating out pre-sale tickets for Gravity (16%). [Variety]

Angelina Jolie is back in the director’s chair. She will head to Australia for her sophomore directorial feat, Unbroken. The World War II-era biopic centers in on Louis Zamperini, former Olympian and veteran who survived being stranded at sea and imprisoned in a Japanese war camp.
