NBCUniversal is making it easier for fans in Russia and the CIS to keep up with the Kardashians. E! Entertainment Television is launching in both markets this spring, bringing shows like KUWTKFashion Police, and #Rich Kids of Beverly Hills along for the ride. You know what that means? KimYe’s wedding, rumored to be televised on the staple show, will be watched in even more kribs. [TIME]

Miley Cyrus is stripping down. Considering her risqué attire and even more provocative headlines, that may not seem like news, but trust us—her MTV Unplugged debut is headline-worthy. Marc Jacobs’ main girl will join an exclusive list of show alum—Jay Z, Nirvana, Mariah Carey—Wednesday night as she performs acoustic versions of her top bangerz. [MTV]

Vogue has it. So does BillboardForbes, too. Now, Seventeen will finally join the fold. The magazine’s March 2014 edition (out on February 4th), will release its first-ever Power issue, featuring the entertainment industry’s most powerful young women, 21 and under. Selena Gomez will star on its cover with in-depth profiles on the likes of Karlie KlossGabby Douglas, and Demi Lovato within its pages. Move over Olivia Pope. You may have to make room for another fierce D.C. fixer: the Secretary of State. CBS ordered a pilot of Madam Secretary, a drama about the professional and personal life of “a maverick female Secretary of State.” Morgan Freeman will executive produce the project with Homeland head Barbara Hall, who will leave said Showtime drama if Madam gets picked up for a first season. Oscars host Ellen DeGeneres isn’t missing out on pilot season, either. NBC is interested in picking up her project One Big Happy, a comedy about “gay and straight best friends who decide to have a baby together.” [Variety]

Are you a Louis C.K. fan with a few extra bucks to spare? Then you’re in luck. His first film—pre-Pootie Tang—will be up for sale on his website Wednesday, January 29th at noon. Be warned. As C.K. told Jay Leno, the 1998 comedy about a photo shop worker who sits in a bowl of ice cream every night is “not for everybody.” Still, it’ll be worth it to see younger Steve CarellAmy Poehler, and Conan O’Brien in action. [Vulture]
