• I love Arianna Huffington! Not only has she won a Pulitzer Prize with the Huffington Post, but she is also a best-selling author. In her last book, "Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Life of Well-Being, Wisdom, and Wonder," she encourages us to sleep more because our generation is filled with workaholics who often forget to take care of their primary needs.

  • My mentor, and the woman who I adore for being an amazing online entrepreneur, is the beautiful, fit, and funny Marie Forleo. She is the woman to learn from if you want to start an online business or rebrand yourself. I changed my business strategy thanks to her B-school, a six-week online course about online marketing.

  • Who is the kindest TV host you know? If I am right, it is Ellen DeGeneres. I love how she conquered her fears and how she manages to help so many people with joy, dance, and great presents. She sets a great example of how accepting and loving we should be, and also as a business woman. In the past years, she has massively increased her wealth, and she will amaze us more in 2016 for sure.

  • Although Oprah is no longer in our living rooms every day, she is still with us. Her online show is great, and she will always be a great role model to follow. Her whole career is iconic, and I believe that every girl out there can find a superhero in Oprah.

  • Another powerful woman is none other than a possible future U.S. president Hillary Clinton. She is definitely someone to follow because in 2016 she might become the first woman president in the U.S., which is a huge deal. She inspires me with her story, with her marriage, and with her courage to pursue such an incredible job at an age when other people sip martinis on the beach.

  • Probably the youngest powerful woman out there is Malala Yousafzai. She won the Nobel Prize in 2014, at 17 years old. She can inspire you to believe that everything is possible and if you stay strong in your beliefs, you can even live after a gunshot to the head and be heard. Her story is absolutely touching, and the way she fights for education rights is amazing!

  • The woman that leads all of Europe is no other than Time's Person of the Year, Angela Merkel. Every year she is either in first or second place when it comes to most powerful women in the world. She is to be appreciated and respected, leading Germany for so many years. I personally admire her policy on refugees and how much she fights for human rights. She is a great example.
