By  April 25, 2013

Beyonce is shaking her money maker all over the beach in the new commercial for H&M’s Summer 2013 collection. The commercial features a snippet of her brand new song, “Standing on the Sun,” while Mrs. Carter splashes around in the water. It’s all for a good cause as 25% of proceeds from H&M for Water (featuring the collection pieces) will help raise money for those in need of access to safe water. [Glam Chic]

In case you were wondering, Gianni Versace would have been a little monster. “I’m sure that, if Gianni were still alive, he would have been a huge fan of hers,” Donatella Versace wrote of Lady Gaga in an article for Amica, an Italian fashion magazine. “She already knew what she wanted, to go straight to the heart of the maison and show those clothes to a new generation, to all her fashion-lovers.” [Women's Wear Daily]

C. Wonder is packing up it’s bags and heading to the Hamptons just in time for your trip this Memorial Day weekend. The store will re-open two pop-up shops, one in Southampton and one in East Hampton, both shilling flip flops, nautical striped shirts, picnic baskets and bikes, most of which is under $50. In separate but related news, C.Wonder founder, Chris Burch’s ex-wife Tory Burch feels like women have the right to be ambitious. “Even the word ambition women shy away from, Burch told Elle. ” I think it’s time for that to end. Women have the right to be as ambitious as any man.” And to that we say: here, here! [Elle]

It looks like the reason the newly-divorced Kim Kardashian is only allowed to attend the Met Ball with her beau and baby daddy Kanye West is because he is performing. Which begs the question, what ever will Kanye wear? A kilt? Leather leggings? A Riccardo Tisci emsemble? Will he and Kim match? Oh, we can hardly contain our excitement.
