Mononymous supermodel Iman is entering a new arena with her namesake beauty company. Iman Cosmetics is introducing the Skin Tone Evener BB Crème SPF 15 collection to the beauty balm market. What makes this BB cream special? It’s one of, if not, the first to cater exclusively to ethnic skin while combating hyper-pigmentation and solving the color-match problem. Italian retailer Marni is launching its first fragrance line with cosmetics company Estee Lauder. And just like the brand’s quirky style conveys, the scent will be an “individual” one for the woman who “doesn’t follow trends,” according to creative director Consuelo Castiglioni. [GlamBlush]

Counterfeiting isn’t cute, and the courts agree. An Illinois judge awarded American retailer Coach $257 million in an online counterfeiting case. The brand was also able to shut down 573 websites that illegally used the Coach name to sell illegitimate merchandise. [Fashionista]
