Prepare to pull out the plastic: H&M’s higher-end COS label will be setting up a pop-up inside of SoHo’s Opening Ceremony boutique on October 11. The brand’s first U.S. flagship will break ground in New York City next spring. [WWD]

Roberto Cavalli is handing over the reigns of his eponymous label. He’s named DVF alum Yvan Mispelaere as the brand’s first-ever design director. Mispelaere—who has credits at Chloe, Valentino, and Gucci—will debut on Cavalli’s Fall 2014 runway. [Vogue UK]
