Style Setters: Social Media Influencer, Ben Setiawan

If you consider yourself both a foodie and have an appreciation for fashion, Ben Setiawan is someone you need to know.

As the men’s editor at SaksPOV, Ben mixes fashion previews during the day with restaurant visits at night and everywhere in between, making sure to update his followers with up close and personal pictures of his favorite dishes. We’ve dined with Ben in the past, and we can attest the fact that this guy knows his cuisine. As of late, he’s been frequenting Mission Chinese, but stay in close contact with his Twitter feed to find out the newest hot spots. You won’t be disappointed.

What is the first social media platform you look at in the morning and the last you check before you go to bed at night?

Twitter – It’s the fastest way to stay up to date on info.

Any place with A/C and good food. I can usually tell within the first 5 minutes of arriving at a venue.

What new platform are you most excited to use during Fashion Week?

It’s certainly not new, but I’m all about Instagram. I’m a visual person and love how IG is a platform that lends itself to original content.

Hmm…I don’t know, but it was probably food related.
