These days, we’re pretty much obsessed with skincare products, and we’re forever in a cycle of cleansing, toning, moisturizing, exfoliating, spot treating, and more. Exercise isn’t just for improving your physical health, shedding a few pounds, or toning up. On top of all those things, working out benefits our skin’s appearance! The ultimate all-natural skincare process works in a number of ways:

1. Sweat. You may not think you look good when there’s sweat pouring down your face during a workout, but it’s working to purge toxins from your body—the same toxins that clog pores and cause blemishes. But remember to always wash those toxins off your skin with a post-workout shower!
